If indeed, your personal brand is the sum total of the experiences and perceptions of the people you interact with have about you then there is nothing you can do about it – people see things the way they see things, right? WRONG!
Although your personal brand is based on external perceptions, there is a lot you CAN do to influence these perceptions.
I am sure if asked what makes you different, unique, more remarkable than the next person, you would have a thing or two (or three or four) to say in your favour.
Those are the things that you need to focus on when developing not just your brand, but your Strong Personal Brand.
